Created by Chef Sam Moore and the Luci team, the five-course chef’s selection menu offers a sample of five summer dishes. Showcasing Moore’s characteristic creativity and precision cooking, the tasting menu is designed to highlight seasonal ingredients and balance classic and modern sensibilities.
Highlighted dishes include Variations of melon, avocado, mint and basil; Fregola, lobster emulsion with barbequed scallops; Dry aged Macedon duck breast, apricots and fennel.
The exclusive dinner is priced at $120 per person and includes a welcome drink – a delicious Limoncello Spritz made with limoncello from Sardinia and topped off with local sparkling wine – on arrival.
